IronBastion was built out of frustration with flimsy home gym gear. When our founder tried to outfit his garage in Cheshire, the market was flooded with paper-thin steel frames, wobbling safety pins, and plates that smelled strongly of cheap petrol. Too many brands masked cheap materials behind flashy branding.
We decided to cut out the nonsense. We designed our frames using true 11-gauge structural steel with three-millimetre wall thickness, precision laser-cut hole patterns, and durable textured powder coating. We built partnerships with dedicated fabrication shops and established our own quality check right here in the UK.
Every order is checked by our team, packed with reinforced protective materials, and shipped with clear bolt guides. We don't hide behind third-party logistics firms; we answer our own phones and provide honest hardware that stands up to every lift.
We assess raw steel wall thickness and weld penetration on every delivery before anything enters our packing line. If a bracket shows even half a millimetre of runout, it never leaves our floor.
