The First Time You Rerack a Heavy Bar

The moment you set a loaded barbell into the J-cups, the rack stays motionless without shifting or metallic rattle. The solid feel under your palms confirms your garage gym is set up for years of steady progress.

Heavy Hardware Engineered for Durability

We use only four structural materials across our entire equipment catalogue.

Frame Core Cold-formed square hollow section steel.

11-Gauge Structural Steel

Forms the uprights, crossmembers, and base legs to handle substantial weight without flex.

✓ Inspected prior to dispatch
Shafts & Sleeves Precision ground carbon-alloy steel.

Cold-Rolled Alloy Steel Bar

Provides moderate, consistent bar whip and high tensile resilience for barbells and pins.

✓ Inspected prior to dispatch
Bumper Compound High-density mould-cured rubber.

Vulcanised Virgin Rubber

Absorbs drop impact and protects bar sleeves while keeping plate width manageable.

✓ Inspected prior to dispatch

Setting Up Your Training Space

A straightforward sequence for unboxing, assembling, and maintaining your gym hardware.

01

Unbox and Confirm Hardware

Lay out uprights, base runners, and bolts on your floor matting. Check your parts card to ensure every bolt and washer is accounted for before tightening.

02

Hand-Thread and Square Up

Thread bolts loosely by hand across the bottom crossmembers and uprights. Use a spirit level on a flat floor to square the uprights before final socket torquing.

03

Quarterly Bolt Check

Run a standard wrench over your main frame bolts every three months and keep barbell knurling clean with a soft brass brush.

Frequently Asked Questions

What methods of payment do you accept for gym hardware?
We accept direct bank transfer (BACS) and cash on delivery. For bank transfers, pro-forma details appear at checkout and your order enters the packing queue once funds clear. For cash on delivery, you pay the pallet or courier driver directly upon arrival.
When does my order leave the warehouse?
Orders with cleared payment or confirmed cash on delivery before our standard 11:30 cut-off enter that day's packing and freight collection schedule. Any orders placed after 11:30 move into the following business day's inspection and loading run.
What is your return policy if an item does not fit my garage?
We maintain an exact 30-day return policy from the day of delivery. Items must be completely unused, unbolted, and packed inside their original packaging with all protective inserts and hardware bags intact.
How do I know the steel wall thickness matches the specification?
We specify 11-gauge steel, which equals three millimetres of structural wall thickness. Every tube cut is measured with vernier callipers during fabrication, and you can inspect the wall thickness directly at any open tube end or pin hole.
