Conditions
To qualify for a refund within the 30-day return period, gym equipment must be in unassembled, unused, and pristine condition. Items must remain in their original factory packaging with all internal protective inserts, bolts, fixings, instructional documentation, and labeling intact without structural tooling marks.
How to send hardware back
- Submit an electronic return request to [email protected] containing your original purchase reference and description of the items to be returned.
- Receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code along with the designated United Kingdom logistics warehouse address.
- Securely pack the apparatus into original protective cartons, applying edge guards and strapping to ensure transit safety, and affix the RMA document to the outer box.
- Receive the calculated refund via direct bank transfer within 3 to 10 business days once the returned apparatus passes technical inspection at our depot.
Who pays return shipping
If steel arrived bent, flawed, or wrong, we cover the costs: we issue a prepaid shipping label or book courier collection. If you decided you do not want it after all, return freight is on you, with no extra deductions.
Refund timing and method
We release your refund within 3 business days of inspecting the return. For cash-on-delivery orders, we send the funds by wire transfer to your stated bank details; bank-transfer payments return to the source account. Banks typically credit your account within 1 to 5 business days.

Exchanges
To swap for a different gauge, size, or equipment piece, send back the current piece and submit a fresh order; we refund the return as soon as it reaches us. When an exchange stems from our error, your replacement ships free of charge.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel without penalty at any point before heavy crates leave our dock. Drop a note to [email protected] with your order number. Once shipped, standard return rules take over.
