Checking out: Pay the driver in cash upon arrival or transfer the funds directly via bank wire. An order confirmation with your invoice number lands in your inbox immediately.
Dispatch
Packing and dispatch: Orders submitted before our cut-off time roll out the same business day, packed securely and handed to an insured freight courier with a tracking code.
Use and return
Setting up and testing: Bolt your new station down and start lifting. If the dimensions do not suit your space, send it back within 30 days under our Returns policy terms.

Common questions
What methods of payment do you accept for gym hardware?We accept direct bank transfer (BACS) and cash on delivery. For bank transfers, pro-forma details appear at checkout and your order enters the packing queue once funds clear. For cash on delivery, you pay the pallet or courier driver directly upon arrival.
When does my order leave the warehouse?Orders with cleared payment or confirmed cash on delivery before our standard 11:30 cut-off enter that day's packing and freight collection schedule. Any orders placed after 11:30 move into the following business day's inspection and loading run.
What is your return policy if an item does not fit my garage?We maintain an exact 30-day return policy from the day of delivery. Items must be completely unused, unbolted, and packed inside their original packaging with all protective inserts and hardware bags intact.
