Transit estimates are calculated in business days from departure. Deliveries to more remote postcodes may take an additional 1-2 days.
Order processing
Orders confirmed before 11:30 on regular working days head out the very same day. Purchases completed after the cut-off, during weekends, or across bank holidays ship on the following business day. We send an email confirmation featuring your order number as soon as checkout wraps up.
Gym equipment items are secured using heavy-duty reinforced corrugated cardboard boxes, internal high-density polyethylene foam cradles, corner edge protectors, and industrial strapping. Cast iron and steel components receive corrosion-inhibiting wrapping and double-walled impact padding to prevent abrasion, moisture contact, and transit deformation.
Tracking your parcel
Following dispatch verification, an automated dispatch notification containing a secure tracking identifier and direct courier portal link is transmitted via email and SMS. Customers can monitor freight milestones, scheduled drop-off windows, and parcel custody changes in real time.
Lost or delayed parcel
If package tracking shows no progress for 5 business days, get in touch at [email protected] with your order reference. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier and either dispatch another shipment or refund you completely, according to your preference, within 10 business days of your report.
Damaged on arrival
If external structural damage or carton perforation is observed upon delivery, endorse the courier receipt as damaged prior to signing. Capture clear photographic evidence of outer packaging, shipping labels, and damaged mechanical components within 48 hours, then contact [email protected] to initiate an immediate replacement or collection process.
Payment methods
We support Cash on delivery. We will never ask for your card data or internet banking credentials over the phone or via email.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
We deliver to a specific list of countries. Shipping rates and transit estimates for your location appear in the checkout summary before you pay. Any local customs fees or import duties belong to the buyer.
