Ordering and contract
Your purchase is submitted upon finishing checkout. We send a receipt notice by email, but our agreement solidifies once the freight leaves our floor. We reserve the right to decline orders due to depleted inventory or unverified details, issuing a prompt refund in those instances.
Prices and payment
Hardware pricing is displayed in GBP and incorporates VAT where mandated. Shipping fees are detailed in the checkout overview prior to payment. Approved payment options: Cash on delivery. Should a plain pricing misprint happen, we will adjust it before shipment and give you the choice to proceed or cancel.

Catalog imagery shows the exact equipment we produce. Finish shades can look slightly different on various monitors depending on screen calibration, software, and room lighting; subtle tone shifts do not constitute defects or justify subsidized returns. Transfer of risk
All equipment remains our responsibility until the carrier unloads it to you or your designated recipient at the provided address. Liability for damage or loss shifts to you at that precise point. Any obvious transport damage must be recorded with the driver and communicated to our team within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
You are entitled to return equipment within 30 days following arrival, as detailed in our Returns guidelines. IronBastion Hardware Ltd. warrants all fitness hardware against structural steel defects, weld failures, and manufacturing faults for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This statutory guarantee does not cover cosmetic scuffs, normal abrasive grip wear, environmental moisture corrosion caused by improper storage, or damage resulting from loads exceeding rated capacity.
- Custom-fabricated structural equipment, personalized rack dimensions, or bespoke frame powder-coating requests.
- Consumable maintenance compounds or surface lubricants with an opened factory seal.
- Wearable gym support gear such as lifting belts, wrist wraps, or grip gloves once unsealed and tried on against bare skin due to hygiene standards.
- Mechanical components or modular assemblies that have been partially or fully bolted together and inseparably integrated after delivery.
- Digital strength training manuals, assembly software, or downloadable workout programs once access has been initiated by the customer.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws of England and Wales, the total aggregate liability of IronBastion Hardware Ltd. for any claim arising out of or related to equipment purchase shall not exceed the total order value paid by the customer or £100, whichever amount is greater. No clause in these terms seeks to curb legal liability where statutory law prohibits doing so.
Age and use
Customers must be at least 18 years of age to order. Hardware and gear must be assembled and used strictly in accordance with supplied guides; our gym equipment is no substitute for qualified medical counsel.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions, contracts of sale, and any associated disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. Should we fail to sort out an issue together directly, jurisdiction falls to the court where the seller is officially registered, leaving your statutory consumer rights at home intact.
