How to claim
- Sending a request: Drop an email to [email protected] with your order reference number.
- Getting instructions: We reply within one business day with a return authorization number and the return address.
- Dispatching the gear: Hand the parcel to the freight service, and your refund is confirmed once the parcel is checked back in.
