IronBastion Stronghold Flat Utility Bench

There is nothing worse than lying back to press a heavy pair of dumbbells only to feel the bench creak and teeter under your shoulder blades. We built the Stronghold flat bench to banish that feeling forever. Its wide, welded structural steel spine gives you an utterly motionless platform so you can set your feet firmly and concentrate on your press. Rather than fragile synthetic vinyl that tears or gets slippery when you work up a sweat, the top surface is formed from vulcanised virgin rubber. It offers outstanding grip for your upper back without splitting at the seams. It is tough, easy to wipe down, and ready for work every day of the week.
